SEX OFFENDER MONITORING PROGRAM: Christian specializes in conducting examinations on persons that have committed sex offenses or have been accused of a sex offense. He is certified by the American Polygraph Association to conduct (PCSOT) Post Conviction Sex Offender Testing. Christian has provided educational training to several state and private organizations on the use of The Containment Approach to managing sex offenders in the community. FIDELITY/RELATIONSHIP TESTS: If you believe that your spouse or partner is being unfaithful to you, or if you feel that you are unfairly being accused of infidelity, a polygraph examination that is admistered by a well-trained, competent examiner can accurately answer your questions and help you directly approach the issues that may be keeping your life on hold. CRIMINAL CASES: Scientific research has shown that a properly administered polygraph examination is accurate over 90% of the time. This is a far higher accuracy rate than most other forms of evidence, including eyewitness testimony, fingerprint identification, and psychiatric opinion. Your client should have the opportunity to prove their innocence. CIVIL CASES: A polygraph examination provides objective, independent corroboration of your client's side of the story. When there is personal property, money or a person's reputation at stake, a polygraph examination can help you to maintain credibility and ensure that justice is done.
